Cut out the chassis template
Trace the template onto a piece of cardboard
Cut out the shape of the chassis from the carboard

Midiendo circulos

El circulo se puede medir de dos formas. El diametro va de un lado al otro. El radio va del centro a un lado. El diametro siempre es dos veces el radio.

diametro = 2 x radio

radio = diametro / 2

3 Ruedas

Set your compass to the radius of the wheel (we used 2.5 cm, but you can make them any size you like.)
Use the compass to trace out three circles.
Cut out the circles.

4 Llantas

Cut a strip of paper
Glue the paper around a wheel
Wrap a rubberband around the wheel
Do this for two wheels

Rueda delantera

Measure the size of the front axle by holding a skewer to the front of the chasis.
Cut the skewer.
Push the skewer through the front wheel (the wheel without a tire).
Glue the axle to the front end of the chasis.

Rear wheels

Cut two pieces of straw slightly longer than the rear chassis tabs
Glue the straws to the ends of the chassis tabs

Motor

Cut two strips of paper about 2 cm wide
Tape the strips together.
Tape one end of the strips to the rear axle.
Begin to wrap the strips around the axle by turning the rear wheels backwards.
Tape the other other of the strips to the chassis.
Continue wrapping the strip by pulling the car backwards along the ground.
